CONGRATULATIONS Olga Shteinbook
2010 Highest Achievement Recipient Olga Shteinbook was named highest achieving apprentice in the hairstyling trade at the Highest Achievment Awards at the Winnipeg Convention Centre on April 23, 2010. Barbara Parkin presented Olga with a plaque from the M.H.A. along with a 1 year free membership.
