CONGRATULATIONS Sandy Turner
2010 Highest Achievement Recipient Sandy Turner was named highest achieving apprentice in the hairstyling trade at the Highest Achievment Awards at the Winnipeg Convention Centre on Friday, April 29th, 2011. Barbara Parkin presented Sandy with a plaque from the M.H.A. along with a 1 year free membership.
